5 easy natural tips for osteoarthritis

1.      Epsom salt soak
Epsom salt has magnesium sulfate, which is a wonderful substance to treat osteoarthritis. A naturally occurring mineral, magnesium sulfate has been widely used to get rid of pain from years.
Take warm water in a large bowl and add ½ cup of Epsom salt. Mix it well, and then submerge the sore joints in the mixture. Fill the bathing tub with warm water, add 2 cups of Epsom salt and soak for 15 minutes.

Take 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and rub it onto the sore joints twice a day.
