1.      Stomach related problems

Tannins present in the green tea leaves can cause digestive problems, it increases the stomach acidity. As the green tea does not undergo the process of fermentation or oxidation, so the tannins are not removed. Hence lead to stomach issues such as nausea, stomachache, and constipation.

2.      Iron Deficiency and Anemia

Green tea is boosted with antioxidants such as catechins, which can lead to the reduction of iron absorption from food.
